All our personnel are CLIA Certified and Accredited.

CLIA is the Cruise Lines International Association. They are commissioned to do training and educational seminars for those in the travel industry. Their certification programs require a commitment of time and energy. Certification and accreditation require at least 50 hours of work including inspections of ships, class room courses and the writing of case studies. Nationally there are only 5000 agents (out of 125,000) who have achieved this accreditation. Also there are less than 12 agencies nationally whose entire staff is fully certified.

All our personnel attend educational & training programs six hours every month. This insures you with the most knowledgeable personnel.

The Cruise Auction has the largest reference library on cruising in New England. Our video reference library on cruising and destinations is the most extensive in New England.

We do not promote one cruise line over another.

In today's day and age of specialization, we are who we are because we spend all of our time in one field. That of Cruises. We are not capable of doing all the things that conventional Travel Agents do and do it well, so we stay with one area and make sure it is handled completely and accurately. If you have a toothache, you go to a dentist, not a general practitioner. It is the same in the travel industry.

Our company inspects and provides ratings on the cruise ships regularly to the senior management of the cruise lines.

Our ratings and inspection reports are used by Travel Agencies throughout the country.
